In June 2016, IEA was certified as an ISO 9001:2015 compliant company. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) provides a global standard that ensures high quality of services and products. Our quality management system implements procedures that verify consistency and accuracy, which allows us to minimize errors, increase reliability, and ensure quality in all that we do.
The certification process required us to demonstrate our effective quality management through interviews with corporate personnel, an audit of internal procedures, and training for appropriate staff. Working with Internal Quality Registrars (IQR) Corporation, we will continue to periodically audit our quality practices to ensure continued compliance.
